Technology Platform
Built For Performance,
Safety, And Control

1. Battery Platform

E-Hub systems use lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells selected for stationary energy storage applications. Cells are sourced to defined quality requirements and tested before assembly.
The modular architecture — cells, modules, packs and racks — is designed for controlled thermal management, monitoring and serviceability. Battery lifetime and usable capacity depend on the selected cell, operating profile, temperature, depth of discharge and project warranty conditions.

2. Liquid Cooling System

Temperature is the single most important factor affecting battery life. E-Hub uses a liquid cooling architecture covering both battery packs and PCS. The coolant circulates through a distributed channel network to maintain consistent operating temperatures across the system. Final operating limits and thermal performance depend on the selected configuration and project specification.

3. Energy Management System

E-Hub systems use an integrated control architecture connecting BMS, PCS and EMS for real-time monitoring from battery level to the grid connection point. The platform is designed to support project-specific dispatch strategies such as ancillary services, peak shaving and energy arbitrage, with industrial communication interfaces selected for each system configuration.

4. Three-Level Fire Suppression

E-Hub uses a three-level fire suppression architecture:
Level 1 — Pack level. Aerosol is deployed inside the affected pack, displacing oxygen and suppressing the thermal event at its source.
Level 2 — Container level. A second aerosol system activates at the container level, displacing air from the entire enclosure.
Level 3 — External containment. An external sprinkler water system floods the container as a final containment measure.
Detection is handled by temperature sensors, smoke detectors, and gas sensors integrated with BMS. Detection and suppression are coordinated with the battery monitoring and control system. Final protection ratings and fire-safety configuration are defined in the technical specification for each product and project.
